8:30am Sunday Holy Communion - in church (alternate weeks)

Every other Sunday (on the weeks when we have A Service of the Word at 10:30am) there is a service of Holy Communion in church at 8:30am.

Holy Communion is at the heart of Christian worship as a memorial of the death and resurrection of Jesus. During the service God invites us to his table as a foretaste of the heavenly banquet which he has prepared for people of all nations and cultures.

Our Sunday service lasts for between 30 and 40 minutes and is in the contemporary language found in the Common Worship service book. There is music before, during and after the service though due to coronavirus restrictions we are currently unable to sing hymns together.

As with all our Communion services, if for any reason you do not wish to receive Communion then you are still most welcome to receive a blessing.
